Sweet Baby Daniel | Newborn Photography Session in Orem, Utah


It’s hard to believe this beautiful newborn session took place about a year ago! I know, I know- I'm a bit behind on blogging, but I still remember this one so clearly and I'm excited to share!


Baby Daniel came to my home studio here in Orem, Utah with his wonderful family for their newborn session, and everything went well. The session was peaceful and calm and you could feel the love this growing family had for each other.


Baby Daniel himself was a dream to photograph. He slept so soundly and let me capture a variety of sweet poses and details. His parents chose a soft, timeless color palette with white, light green, gray, and medium blue tones—perfect for creating a calm, classic look that will never go out of style.

It’s sessions like these that remind me why I love what I do so much. Being able to freeze these early moments, not just of the newborn but of the entire family welcoming a new member, is truly special.


When it was the family's turn in front of the camera, Daniel’s two older siblings—ages 8 and 5—did such an amazing job! They were so gentle and patient with their new baby brother. One of my favorite moments from the entire session was when Daniel’s 5-year-old sister asked if she could do a special pose with just her and her baby brother. The result was such a tender, genuine photo that I still adore to this day!
